The Peninsula towers condominium complex located on the waterfront in Aventura, Florida contains two 31-story towers containing a total of 445 luxury residential units, luxury resort amenities, including state-of-the-art fitness room, spa, billiards room, valet service, tennis courts, and gorgeous pool areas.

AB Plus was retained by the condominium associations of both towers as well as the master association to perform multiple professional engineering services that included the post-tensioning system, repairs of load bearing components of the multi-level parking garage, repairs of expansion joints, cause-and-origin evaluations related to moisture intrusion and plaster finish cracking, preparation of RFP package, construction drawings, bidding phase services, and performing construction inspections.
